The car fund

I am so blessed seeing this car fund growing... God has been so faithful and as of right now I have $1,300 towards buying a car.
My goal is $2,000+ before I start looking for a car.

Thank you for praying, giving and encouraging. I would really appreciate it if you could continue to pray for this car fund, pray about giving towards it or writing me a quick note of encouragement.

I need $700 more before I can even think of getting a decent, reliable car WITH air conditioning.

Now, if you know of anybody who has such a car for cheap, let me know! :P

I really need help...

Sometimes I think I can do it all by myself. But I can't.
For the past few months I've had major financial struggles. It's a combination of some of my supporters not being able to help financially because of the economy, and the cost of living having gone up as well.
This now means I am $300 a month short and it's only by the grace of God that I am still able to be here. He's been very faithful in providing in creative ways.

Would you please pray about supporting me in one of the following ways:

• $30 a month (I need 10 people to help me out that way)
• a one time gift
• pray for me
• pray for my very practical, but HUGE needs, such as a new laptop and my own car!

2010 ... some hopes, dreams and necessities...

- push the ministry of the Pier forward to new after school programs, job readiness classes and clothing give away
- recruit more volunteers for the Pier, so that we can help the neighborhood even more with different programs, such as English classes.
- to see the 8th grade girls in my small group finish Junior High well and grow in the Lord. I'd love to be able to help them understand that God cares for them and wants to speak to them!

The necessities:
- please continue to pray for me! Every day I need your prayers to give me strength to keep going.
- finances are a huge issue right now. Over this past year I have unfortunately lost more than 30% of my support and couldn't raise any new supporters. I have to admit, that by now I am getting somewhat nervous... So I would appreciate your prayers in that area.
- car... While I have been able to use someone's car over the last few months, I also realize I need my own set of wheels very soon.
No clue where that is going to come from.
- laptop: my laptop seems to be on the last leg and I urgently need a new one. Please pray......
